Fees must be paid to the admin's office. USE OF POOL: The swimming pool is located at 8th floor. Use of pool is free for the first 2 registered guests only. The Building Administration charges PHP 200/per head fee for other guests. Fees must be paid directly to the Admin Office. Pool hours is from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM from Tuesday to Sunday. Guests are required to be in proper swimming attire. Please inquire about its availability. USE OF PARKING: Parking is free for the first registered guest only. The Building Administration charges parking fee of Php 300 for other guests. Please do notify ahead of time. Early check-in charge: There is a PHP 500 charge for early check-in (9:00 AM - 1:30 PM) Extension of staying charge: There is a PHP 500/hour charge for extension of staying. Other things to note The guest who booked will provide a copy of ID of all the guests who will stay and send thru messaging on Airbnb any time after the booking was confirmed or not later than a week prior to check-in to give time for the Host to get an authorization for the registered guest/s so that they can enter the unit. For foreign/balikbayan guests, will be requiring to provide a copy of passports as identification requirements. Please be reminded that unregistered guest cannot be accepted or cannot gain access to the unit due to admin rules/condominium policy, so please reserve with the correct number and list of guests. We will not entertain extra guests who are not included in the booking reservation.
