Serene Mediterranean Oasis - Private Pool/Jacuzzi

A one bedroom, one bathroom rental on a completely private floor in our beautiful Hollywood Hills home. This is an ultra-private home on a cul-de-sac street that is entirely fenced-in and covered with lush ivy. This is one of the oldest homes in the neighborhood and was originally built in 1925. It has been upgraded overtime but exudes charm and will transport you to a serene Mediterranean oasis. Imagine Tuscany, yet you are only 10 minutes to prime Hollywood or Studio City! The space An abundance of natural light flows through your bedroom and double French doors open up to an expansive backyard with a lovely saltwater pool and jacuzzi. The bed is an extremely comfortable “Leesa” (memory foam) mattress. Sip morning coffee at the bistro table or take a swim and relax on the luxurious chaise lounge chairs. You will have the freedom to come-and-go as you please through a separate guest entrance with an "August" smart lock. You will have access to your own floor of our house which has a completely private bedroom and bathroom. You will also have access to the saltwater pool and jacuzzi. Note the pool is not heated but the jacuzzi can be heated, if requested. Guest access Important Notes: There is limited cell phone service so you will need to enable Wi-Fi calling (very simple and works perfectly). There is strong Wi-Fi which allows for indoor/outdoor connectivity. You will not have kitchen access. We encourage you to enjoy the great nearby restaurants and are happy to provide recommendations. Sorry but no pets allowed. Cleanliness is a top priority and the room has been cleaned and sanitized thoroughly. Other things to note We are a ~30 year old couple with a very friendly small dog, Milo. We recently returned to LA after ~7 years in NYC.
