Air conditioning throughout the house, all units are new. Fully equipped kitchen. WiFi available. Smart TV in the living room and in the master bedroom. Jacuzzi in the master bedroom. Private property completely fenced in the backyard. We have a power generator and transfer switch. Parties are not allowed!!! Visitors and/or additional guests are not allowed. Check beforehand to make an adjustment to your reservation to add guests. Any changes must be approved by the host. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a $500 charge or termination of your stay without notice. 3. Do not uproot the plants in the house. 4. Do not paint and/or write on walls. 5. Keep the surroundings in optimal condition. 6. Take care of the decorations. 7. Do not throw away trash. 8. Use Recycling. 9. Do not sit on the armchairs with wet or dirty clothes. Any additional cleaning of the armchairs for stains will be charged to the guest at $250. 10. Comply with pool safety rules. We do not have lifeguards. It is the parents' responsibility to care for the children at all times. 11. Do not park outside designated areas. 12. No excessive noise after 12:00am 13. Do not leave minors unsupervised in the pool and/or house. 14. Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary towels or wipes down the toilet. 15. Do not pour oil/food into the sink. 16. Keep areas clean. 17. Immediately report any damage to the property. 18. Dirty laundry must be placed in designated areas. 19. Campfires are not permitted in non-designated places 20. Bring mosquito repellent. You can find insects since you are in the countryside. 21. An auto is essential. There is no Uber, Door Dash, Taxis, etc. 22. Maximum of 10 people. 23. Before leaving, make sure you don't leave anything behind on our property. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or left items. 24. Smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, cigars) is not allowed inside the house. If you do, you will be fined $250. 25. If you bring your pet, you are responsible for paying $50 for each pet. You must also pick up all the poo 💩 and clean up after your pet. Any damage to the property or furniture will be charged to the guest responsible. 26. A set of keys to the doors, rooms and bathrooms will be given to the guest. And a remote for the electric gates. You must return them at the end of your stay. It is your responsibility not to lose them. If lost, a penalty of $200 per lost key will be imposed. 27. The pool table should always be covered when not in use.
