Bring your family or team together in this luxurious home! Beautifully refurnished in 2022, including a new hot tub and new hotel-quality mattresses & linens, this 4000 sq. ft house is ideally suited for large families or athletic teams. Featuring a remodeled kitchen w/ gas stove, 7 new beds (3 king), gym, office, smart TVs, 4 parking spaces & fast Wi-Fi. Only 5 minutes from the 401 & Ajax Go Train station, accessing the city is a breeze. Tennis + playground 50 meters away. *3 extra beds avail The space This home has been thoughtfully designed to make your stay as seamless & comfortable as possible. The obvious highlights are the stunning private back deck & hot tub, elegant open-concept kitchen & living room, as well as the home gym. However, you’ll find many features throughout the home that make your stay both more convenient & luxurious: Each bedroom has been furnished with brand new mattresses, tufted headboards, luxurious sheets, pillows & duvets (all purchased in July 2022). All bedside lamps have USB ports. Large closets and new ceiling fans in all bedrooms (the master has walk-in closets). Several work spaces, with fast reliable Wi-Fi and additional office supplies such as a printer. 28'' monitors available for your use upon request. Not pictured: The main floor office has been converted into a 6th bedroom with a queen bed, while one upstairs bedroom pictured with a queen bed now has two twin beds. LARGE GROUP? An 8th, 9th and 10th bed (1 queen and 2 more twin beds) can be made available upon request - real mattresses that can easily fit on the floor of one of the larger bedrooms (please contact for details). These beds had to be listed as in a particular bedroom, but can be arranged how you like. Without these extra mattresses, it is a 6 bedroom house (5 having one bed and the 6th having two twin beds). The home can comfortably sleep up to 16 people, even without the additional basement suite (read on for description of this optional add-on). Guest access The front door has a reliable keypad for easy access anytime (new code for each new booking, see my direct message for your code upon booking). You have access to 4 parking spots included with your stay, one of which is in the garage. Included is a garage door opener that attaches to a key ring. Access to an additional garage parking space is possible, please contact me for details. Other things to note You area welcome to instantly book unless... (please send me a quick message if one of the following applies) a)All guests are under 25 years old b)You live within 100 km of the home c)You wish to bring pet(s) d)You wish to book for more than 14 guests ***Its also required to let me know if you want to add guests after the initial booking (Click "CONTACT HOST" near the bottom of this listing page near my profile pic and just give me a brief description of your pets/large group/etc). It's almost never a problem, I just might have a couple details to go over you with before booking. Pets generally only allowed for stays 14 days or longer - it's a big place to clean & remove all traces of pets for the next guests. I hope to say yes to all pets but can't guarantee it. Please feel free to ask me about shorter stays with pets, exceptions can be made! -The hot tub is an Arctic Spa (2021) - high-end, 5 seats + 1 lounge seat with 40+ jets. -The beds - 3 kings, 2 queens, 2 twins (can be combined into a king) and 1 double, all new as of summer 2022. -The TVs - the two living rooms each have a 65’’ UHD LCD smart TV, and the master bedroom has a 43’’. -All TVs are LG brand, wall mounted, and adjustable to face all seating areas including the Bed in the Master suite. Each has free access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ accounts included. -In addition to the private office, 2 bedrooms contain a workspace, and one of the 5 bedrooms can be converted to a second dedicated office at your request (give notice before your stay please). -The gas fireplace is switch activated & gives off heat. ***If you would like a late check-out or early check-in please let me know, I will try to accommodate you. Fees may apply to both: -less than 2 hours = FREE -2-4 hours =25% of daily rate -4-6 hours =50% of daily rate -with many same-day turn-arounds, we can't always offer this, but if that's the case we'd be happy to help by holding onto your luggage at no cost. -I am also happy to suggest local entertainment and restaurants, which there are plenty of! It has a separate entrance. If the basement apartment is occupied during your stay (it is often vacant), the occupant(s) DO NOT have access to the yard, hot tub, or any of the other rooms pictured. A maximum of two people would be occupying the basement apartment. These people understand that the experience of the Airbnb guests upstairs is paramount. For more information about the apartment, or if you would prefer to know it is unoccupied during your stay, or if you wish to rent the basement apartment along with the main house, just click "Contact Host" and I'll do what I can to accommodate you're needs. The apartment fully furnished and decorated in line with the rest of the house. It has two additional bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed - for a total of 8 bedrooms with 9 beds; or with the extra mattresses included, 12 beds). It also has a den, a 2nd full kitchen, a bathroom with a large glass shower, and a very large living room/games room with a pool table. ***IT'S ONLY AVAILABLE AS AN ADD-ON FOR THOSE RENTING THE REST OF THE HOUSE.
