Other things to note NO PETS – NO SMOKING – NO PARTIES PRICING BY NUMBER OF GUESTS ON SITE Our pricing is based on the number of people on site per day. Any additional guest must pay a fee of $60 + taxes + platform fee per day, even if they are not staying overnight. We ask that you notify us of their presence, without delay, before they arrive on site. For holiday stays (December 22 to January 6), Quebec, Ontario and American spring break weeks, Easter, as well as summer stays from June 19 to September 15), we require a minimum of 4 people per booking. AT ALL TIMES, We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties and excessive noise under penalty of abruptly ending your stay without the possibility of reimbursement. RIVER ACCESS Please note that Mother Nature retains control over summer rainfall and droughts, which can cause the river's water level to rise or fall quickly. Access to beaches and sandbars will thus be modified, or even inaccessible. Unsupervised swimming. SHOOTING/ADVERTISING Please contact us to confirm the feasibility of your project.
