The space This cozy 3 bedroom cabin with 2 full bath is located in a secluded community in the woods with no neighbors to the left, right, or back of the property. The master bedroom comes with a king size Tempur-Pedic mattress. The property can accommodate three vehicles, two in the gravel parking space above and one in the asphalt driveway below. Guest access Guest will have full access to the entire cabin and property, except for the detached garage, and crawl space. Other things to note All three bedroom carpets have be updated, which do not reflect in the listing photo’s. Village of Ruidoso local laws: Outdoor fire pits/campfires and/or fireworks are not allowed within the Village of Ruidoso; Outdoor smoking is not allowed within the Village of Ruidoso during Level 2 & 3 fire restrictions; Feeding the wildfire is banned in the Village of Ruidoso. During winter season: You will need snow chains/4x4/AWD during and after snowfall to gain access to the cabin, and to enter and exit the cabin’s driveway and gravel parking space. Note: $100 fee for each unregistered guest and/or pet per day; $75 fee for lost keys; $200 deep cleaning fee for smoking or vaping inside or outside of the cabin.
