Cottage with pool and adapted bathroom in Mogan

Cottage with 2 swimming pools (1 private & 1 shared) and 2 bedrooms (1 with 1 double bed of 180cm and bathroom en suite. The other with 2 beds of 90cm). Main bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. Large sofa bed in the living room. Optional cribs. Capacity for up to 5-6 people. Fully equipped kitchen, appliances, tableware and kitchen. 2 terraces. Access to rural road at the door of the complex. It is part of a private estate with 4 independent houses. The space The house is surrounded by rural land and fruit trees (mangoes, papayas, bananas, avocados, potatoes...) and is part of a complex of 4 individual houses, each with its own private rooms, terraces, and barbecue area. These can be rented together or separately. They have a total capacity of around 16-18 people (depending on whether they are adults or children). The house has a private pool and there is another shared heated pool. This house has a bathroom adapted for people with reduced mobility. Among many other things, we have air conditioning, a washing machine and dryer, fiber optic internet (works very well if you want to work remotely), smart TV, etc. The rooms all have ample storage space and the house has been recently renovated, so everything is very new. Many of our guests bring a car, so we have a parking area, but if that's not the case for you, there's a bus stop right at the entrance to the property. Guest access There is complete and private access to the rented house, the other 3 being free or occupied by other guests. There is also access to the terraces of each house, to the roof-solarium, to the swimming pool and barbecue area and to the estate. Other things to note The property is only occupied by guests, we as hosts do not reside in the complex. We would meet at the beginning of the stay to hand over the keys and we are 2km away by car and on the phone for any needs that may arise. We have established a minimum stay of 4 nights but it can be adapted to 3, charging 50% of the fourth night even if it is not enjoyed.
