Close by: Magnuson Beach and Matthews Beach Park Burke-Gilman biking trail, University of Washington (UW)&restaurants/shopping in nearby University Village. The space This upstairs suite is a full single floor home. 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in one and 2 twin beds in the other room. Bathroom has bath and shower. Living room, dining room and full kitchen. Deck, fenced yard, and parking for 2 cars included. Driveway is split in half so you have the right side. Guest access This home is split into 2 suites. Upper and lower have separate entrances. There is a great deal of privacy among the 2 spaces. Downstairs suite is down the stairs and door remains locked from both sides. Entrance for lower suite is down around back. Guests hardly ever run into the other renters. Other things to note Pets are welcome with a $75 pet fee. I ask that you pick up after your dog in the yard. Poop bags are provided with a special outdoor waste can to dispose it in. Please help keep pets welcome here. Don't leave poop in yard!
