The villa is nestled at an elevation of 7000 ft. and is close to the hot springs of Vashisht and the Jogni waterfall, which are interesting to make a visit to while you stay here. The space Let us walk you through the villa: Bedrooms: - All bedrooms have a double bed. Extra mattress can be provided on request. - All bedrooms have a room heater, a TV, a refrigerator and an intercom. - Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms Living Area: - The living area is spacious and can accommodate about 20 people. - There is a balcony attached to the living area. Guest can enjoy the beautiful view with a cup of hot coffee. - The indoor fireplace is available at an additional cost   Bathrooms: - The villa has 4 private bathrooms.  - All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply. - Some bathrooms have bathtubs - Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided   Kitchen & Meals - Items are subject to availability. Prices stated on the menu are approximate pricing of the items which can vary at the property. - Prices are subject to change without any prior intimation. - Everything is freshly prepared, we request guests to place their orders at least 3 hours in advance. - For all Thali orders a minimum order of 10 people is required. Lawn: - The villa has a private lawn with a beautiful view. - A barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost. ADD-ON SERVICES - Items are subject to availability. Prices stated on the menu are approximate pricing of the items which can vary at the property. - Prices are subject to change without any prior intimation. - Everything is freshly prepared, we request guests to place their orders at least 3 hours in advance. - For all Thali orders a minimum order of 10 people is required. - Extra guests/mattresses will be charged for Rs. 2000 per person/night. - A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per two-hour session. Guest access - Guests have access 4 Rooms and all its indoor and outdoor spaces. However the kitchen is not accessible for elaborate cooking. - In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities. During your stay The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. Other things to note - It is a 50 step climb up to the property. The elderly and others who have trouble with mobility may find it difficult. - The Tempo Traveller won't be able to access the property. - There is a power backup (genset) at the property. In case of a power outage, backup can be provided for up to 4 hours at an additional cost of Rs.300 per hour. - There are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the villa and in the dining area. - Meals will be served at appropriate meal timings. - WiFi, although it is subject to network availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here. STAFF ACCOMMODATION - Yes, we can accommodate your personal staff at a nearby place from the villa for Rs. 1200 with breakfast and Rs. 800 without breakfast. Prices may vary depending on availability and peak season rates.
