Villa Estatis is a peaceful new built villa with loving care by its owners. It is situated in Prines village where you can find anything you need in about 10 minutes walking distance (supermarket, bakery, tavernas, caferias etc). It has great view to the nature and the beautiful garden. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 people. The space VILLA ESTATIS The space Welcome to Villa Estatis located on the colorful village of Prines near the beach and the lively town of Rethymno. Surrounded with a shady Olive tree and a beautiful garden with many flowers, Villa Estatis offers a unique view of the Cretan sea and the mountains and can host up to 7 persons. Our 150m2 Villa is a two story house with a big living room all fully equipped with modern appliances, such as Satellite TV sets, Wi-Fi coverage, individually controlled air conditions and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, microwave, dining area, 3 bedrooms with sunny verandas, 2 bathrooms with shower and a garden with barbeque. In just 50m from the Villa is the bus station and in 500m there is a traditional tavern and two mini markets. The owners Amalia and Andreas are a lovely and discreet couple who stay on the ground floor, next to the garden, of the villa. Amalia is a retired traditional cook and Andreas a retired engineer. They can both make the stay of the guests smoother upon their request.
