The Old Piggery, East Boldre, New Forest

The Old Piggery is a lovely retreat set in a beautiful peaceful 3 acre smallholding in the New Forest with a great Hottub. The ideal getaway for couples or families it has direct forest access right from the gate. It is 2-3 miles from both Beaulieu and Lymington and 30 mins walk or 10 min cycle to the beach and two pubs. A light & airy 2 bedroom detached barn style building, it has a large open plan living/dining area, private garden, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, wood burner & TV. The space The Old Piggery is a wonderful space, it is a very airy, light and quiet space, with open plan living, dining and kitchen. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe with drawers under. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds and a chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine and a full set of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, heated towel rail and loads of hot water (please be careful the water is very hot). Outside The Old Piggery has its own garden and patio area. Guests have private use of the large Hottub Guest access You will be able to access the Old Piggery private garden and the yard and stables area. Please note this is a small holding with farm animals and so sadly no dogs are permitted and children need to be supervised at all times. Other things to note At The Old Piggery we can guarantee you an amazing connection with the forest, nature and the sea. However some things are beyond our control including the wifi at the Old Piggery. It is not great but manageable, since fibre was fitted to the house in December 2023 it has improved the WiFi strength in The Old Piggery and is generally ok for streaming tv etc but if a strong bandwidth is vital to you its probably not the best place to stay.
