Private Kata Noi 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo

Please be aware that there is a new building mostly completed as of 02/12/26 is being constructed near our condo, and noise from the construction may be a concern to you. Only 5 guests are allowed and will be strictly enforced. The condo has two en suite bedrooms on the main floor along with a full kitchen and 1/2 bath. A third bedroom with a partial ocean view is located on the private rooftop patio/sundeck (note no bathroom on the rooftop) along with a dining space and an outside shower. The space Our private gated condo has 3 bedrooms and is conveniently located just 200 meters from Kata Noi beach. On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms with attached en suite bathrooms and showers, a nicely furnished living room with TV and Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and small dining table. There is also a half bath on the main floor next to the kitchen. Upstairs on the rooftop sundeck/patio is the third bedroom (No bathroom on the rooftop) with a partial sea view, outdoor shower and private dining area. The complex has a community infinity pool surrounded by a beautiful garden with a spectacular view overlooking Kata Noi beach. You almost always have the pool to yourselves. Access to the pool is via a sliding lift or stairs. Our condo has AC units for each bedroom the living room and kitchen areas. You would have your own free secure covered parking spot located below our condo if you chose to rent a car or motorcycle. Motorcycle rental, taxi service, convenance stores, pharmacy and a very nice assortment of dining options are just a short walk down the street. Guest access Seaview Residence is fully gated. Guests are provided a remote control to enter and exit the property as well as an electronic token to access the sliding lift to the infinity pool. The private, secure and covered parking is located below my unit. Guests have full access to the main living area and private rooftop/sundeck as well as the infinity community pool located higher on the hillside. My guests can access the pool via a unique sliding lift or stairs. The lift entrance is next to the parking garage (please read instructions in the lift carefully).
