It's beautifully peaceful. Mandurah's centre is just a short car ride away which you can enjoy walking along the foreshore or visiting many of their cafes and restaurants. Better still, stay home to have an intimate meal and enjoy a glass of wine by the fire or around the pool. If you are looking for something for the kids, Mandurah's Forum has a great play area or there are many beaches you can visit. THE HOUSE This is a large, spacious, air-conditioned home with a wrap-around verandah. This home is like a retreat and is perfect for an active holiday, family vacation or romantic get-away! TOP STOREY: The Retreat is two-storey however only the ground floor will be accessible. We pride ourselves in being environmentally sensitive and providing another floor to heat and cool goes against what we believe in. KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA: The kitchen is stocked full of everything you need to cook a meal for your hungry family or a tantalising gourmet meal for two. Enjoy a nespreso coffee, tea or milo while you take a breath and relax. There is a brand new flat-screen TV, free Wifi, a DVD player and board games. BEDROOMS: All bedrooms have queen sized beds and one has two queen sized beds. There is the ability to sleep additional people in these rooms. DINING: Sitting around this very long dining table that seats 12 is an experience. CHILDREN: We have a little area for kids that has a table, chairs, toys and books. The pool is completely fenced off aswell as the property as a whole. We also have a porta cot and high chair for your use. This is the perfect home for one family or families holidaying together, extended families and friends as a getaway. ALARM: There is an alarm system to keep the house secure. GUEST ACCESS: Guests have access to all areas of the house apart from the top floor . The keys can be accessed via a lockbox. The lockbox and alarm code will be given to guests prior to check-in. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: The house has surveillance cameras around the house to keep the house and cars safe. CATERING: If you require any kind of catering for your stay please let me know as I have a very good cater that can do all kinds of catering and will drop off directly to the home.
