Description
*Limited Time Left* Calendar closes Spring 2026. Is visiting a tree house on your bucket list? Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this charming tree house in the heart of Rockingham, Ontario. We are located in-between some of the valley’s most visited places. This place is ideal for couples or travelling friends as well as solo adventurers looking for a unique experience? The space Our cozy tree house is a tiny open concept structure nestled in the trees 25’ above ground. You will cross a bridge to reach the tree house. Inside you will find the wood stove, mini fridge, toaster oven and hot plate for cooking. In the same space is the table and chairs along with a sink and storage space for some groceries. Because there is no running water, water is provided by means of 2x 5 gallons jugs. On the other side of the tree house there is a couch that folds into a sleeping area if necessary. (Please bring your own bedding if you plan on using the fold out couch). Also a wall hung tv and DVD player with access to many dvd’s. A set of ladder stairs takes you up to the sleeping quarters where you will find a double bed as well as a hanging hammock chair to lounge in while taking in the view. Our tree house is NOT equipped with a bathroom but rather an outhouse at the base of the bridge. There are no bathing or laundry facilities on the premises at this point. Guest access You will have access to the whole tree house during your stay as well as an out house at the base of the bridge. If you like to hike or leisurely walk, there are many acres here for you to do so. Other things to note Our tree house is heated with a wood stove. Knowledge of how to use a wood stove is beneficial but not necessary. We’d be happy to show you how to use the wood stove properly and safely if you are unsure. Please, no running or jumping on the bridge for your safety and the well being of the tree house.
