The kitchen comes with coffee machine (coffee supplied), toaster, blender, crockpot, high efficiency washer & dryer, ironing board, iron, towels, washcloths and more. There is a large back yard with a propane grill and large privacy fence for backyard games or relax on our lighted deck with no back neighbors to bother you. Down the street from the house there is a playground for children with swings, slides and jungle gym. No Parties, Pets, or Smoking. Guest can access the entire home via Yale smart home lock at the front door. The only rooms unavailable would be the garage and master storage room. *All bedrooms are located upstairs so you must be able to climb stairs. The spacious master bedroom has a beautiful King size bed and crib if needed for young ones. The second and third guest rooms each have a Queen size bed. The fourth bedroom features two Full / Full size bunk beds. If needed you are welcome to bring in your own air mattress. There is 3 living areas, 2 dining areas, and large backyard.
