Also, Frost Bank Center where the Spurs play. A comfortable place for families, friends to make memories. The space This large two story that can sleep 7-12 people comfortably. The house has G00gle fiber 1gb Wi-Fi, cable, Smart TVs the main living areas, and 3 out of 4 bedrooms. Also, with Blu-ray/dvd players in two rooms and larger living areas with plenty of sitting space with three living areas. The kitchen comes with coffee machine (coffee supplied), toaster, blender, crockpot, high efficiency washer & dryer, ironing board, iron, towels, washcloths and more. There is a large back yard with a propane grill and large privacy fence for backyard games or relax on our lighted deck with no back neighbors to bother you. Down the street from the house there is a playground for children with swings, slides and jungle gym. No Parties, Pets, or Smoking. Guest access Guest can access the entire home via Yale smart home lock at the front door. The only rooms unavailable would be the garage and master storage room. *All bedrooms are located upstairs so you must be able to climb stairs. The spacious master bedroom has a beautiful King size bed and crib if needed for young ones. The second and third guest rooms each have a Queen size bed. The fourth bedroom features two Full / Full size bunk beds. If needed you are welcome to bring in your own air mattress. There is 3 living areas, 2 dining areas, and large backyard. Space enough for 14 people to sleep. The house is a open space for family fun. Other things to note As good hosts, we abide by all City of San Antonio regulations. This means we collect and pay our City of San Antonio Hotel Taxes. Once you book your reservation with us, you will receive a request for payment for taxes from the Airbnb Resolution Center for the remaining 1O.75%. We are required to collect Hotel Taxes for O16.75% and Airbnb collects O6% already). This payment is due within 48 hours to keep your reservation.
