The recently renovated mid-century modern guesthouse is located on a 7.5 acre property with a working organic vegetable & flower farm, an orchard, a hidden cedar grove and lovely lawn with perennial gardens. Enjoy the grounds, the backyard patio and firepit area. The guesthouse is a short 10 minute drive to Kingston-Edmonds & Seattle fast ferries, downtown Poulsbo, hiking trails, Port Gamble, Hood Canal and the Olympic Peninsula. Tranquil and spacious mid-century modern home and setting! The house is 2700 sq feet with large bedrooms and gorgeous mid-century modern decor. The great room features vaulted ceilings, an oversized yet cozy fireplace, and a wall of windows overlooking the back patio, firepit and extensive lawns and orchard. The guesthouse is perfect as a work-from-home getaway with high speed fiber wifi and multiple workstations for added privacy. AirBnB guests have access to the house, carport, back patio, lawn and fire pit. Guests may wander the grounds and enjoy the sitting areas scattered throughout the property. Please note, if a private event is schedule, access to some of the grounds may be restricted. Farm Kitchen is a working organic farm - please be mindful to not enter the agriculture and flower fields. Guests do not have access to the outbuildings or the white event barn and commercial kitchen. We are located in a lovely, quiet, rural neighborhood. The Guesthouse is a short 10 minute drive to the water, the Kingston-Edmonds ferry, the Kingston-Seattle fast foot ferry, downtown Poulsbo, Port Gamble and the Hood Canal bridge, gateway to the Olympic Peninsula. Beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails are located in close proximity to the property. Guests will prefer to have a car, as public transportation is not readily available. Parking (free) is plentiful both on the property, as well as throughout the local areas. Farm Kitchen is a shared use property. There are active farm fields which may be tended to by the farmers during the course of a guest's stay. In addition, the white event barn houses a commissary kitchen. Kitchen users may be entering the shared drive to park at the kitchen throughout a guest's stay. There is significant separation between the guesthouse and the white event barn.On occasion, there is the potential of events occurring at the white event barn during the time of a guest's stay.
