The "Pawfect" Porch Getaway

Your family (including fur babies!) will be close to everything at this centrally-located home in South Charleston—even within walking distance of the famous Spring Hill Bakery. Relax on the front porch in one of the two rocking chairs, breathe in the fresh mountain air, and watch your fur babies run free in the fully fenced yard. Updates have been made since the photos were taken: new kitchen flooring and a fully furnished basement with a TV room and sectional! The space 2 bed / 1 bath + Futon in living room. Laundry room located in the basement. Additional TV / Den in the basement. (Not pictured). Our goal is to create a family-friendly space (including dogs, because we passionately believe they’re important members of the family!) for your stay in Charleston. As frequent visitors to Charleston, we designed a space our own family would enjoy. It’s often hard to find a pet-friendly, comfortable Airbnb at a reasonable price, and we hope to be that home you’ll want to return to time and time again. Pet fee is $50 and dogs only! There’s a fully fenced yard where your dogs can run around. Please remember to pick up after your pet—waste bags are provided. Inside, you’ll find two bedrooms with queen beds and one full bathroom. We also have a pack-and-play, high chair, baby gate, and some baby toys for your little one. The pack-and-play is stored in the front bedroom closet. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, a crockpot, a Brita water pitcher, and a Keurig. Please let us know if you need anything additional; we want you to have everything you need for a comfortable stay. A washer and dryer are located in the basement. ****Please be careful, as the door opens over the stairs, which are VERY steep! **** Keep this door locked for safety, especially for little ones. Guest access The entire house and fenced yard, with the exception of a locked room to the left of the stairs in the basement. The garage is reserved for a local contractor. Other things to note Please note there is a $50 pet fee if visiting with a dog. This is our home that we stay in when we are visiting family. Please let us know if any major amenities are missing so we can make this a comfortable home for all who stay at the "Pawfect" Porch Getaway.
