Cosy entire guest suite & garden in small village

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden! The space We live at home, but our guests are welcome to stay in the private, detached guest suite. There is a private entrance, plenty of space to park and a small private part of our garden to sit and relax in. We are close enough if our guests need anything but at a distance to maintain privacy. The guest suite is on the first floor, over the garage, so there are stairs up to it and sleeps two very comfortably. There is a separate bedroom with a king size bed and ample storage, and en-suite shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided, there is also soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. A radio alarm clock, iron and ironing board and hair dryer are also provided for your use. The remaining space provides for a spacious living area to relax in, with a 43" smartTV (including Netflix) , there’s a dining area, and a good sized kitchenette to prepare food (although NO OVEN OR HOB). The area is designed for the basic making of your meals, there is a microwave, kettle, toaster, egg poacher, cafetiere, fridge/freezer and all crockery and cutlery etc. provided. We will include a breakfast welcome pack on arrival with cereals, milk, juice, tea and coffee, to make your first morning here easier. If you wanted to use the accommodation for business purposes, we have supplied an area with a desk and have free Wi-Fi for all our guests. For someone on business trips the West Wilts Trading estate and the White Horse Business Park are about a 3 minutes drive away, making this an ideal base. This is a non smoking area inside, but guests are welcome to smoke outside in the garden. Guest access There is a key safe, so check in times are flexible after 3pm and the check out time is any time before 10am. The code for the key safe will be sent to you prior to arrival. If you plan to arrive earlier or need to check out later, please ask and depending on bookings we will try to accommodate you. Other things to note The property is on the first floor, accessed by a stair case, so unsuitable for wheelchair users or people with walking disabilities. Unfortunately there is no stair gate, so if you want to bring a child as your 2nd guest, then please ensure that they can climb stairs safely and easily, thank you.
