The rooms, equipped with a lot of Swiss pine wood, make the comfortably equipped apartment a highlight. The large window in the living room offers impressive views of the mountains and nature. The Arosa/Lenzerheide ski and hiking area is a few minutes away by free bus. The space The apartment has a large living room with a fireplace, a large modern, fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms where up to 4 people can stay. The large master bedroom is equipped with a new double bed (2.00 × 2.00 m), an Arven ceiling and its own integrated shower and sink. The second, smaller bedroom (about 10 m²) has two beds (each 1.00 × 2.00 m). With a little luck, you can spot a deer in the woods behind the house from the window. Separate bathroom, with tub, sink and toilet as well as separate guest toilet with sink. On the large south-facing terrace, there are four sun loungers and a garden table and it offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. In the garden, the barbecue area behind the house can be used. Firewood or charcoal can be bought at the Coop Center. Two parking spaces are included (one garage space and one outdoor space). The washing machine and dryer can be used free of charge. The center of Arosa can be reached in just 5 minutes by car. The bus station is about 200 m away. The bus runs regularly to the village and the ski resort and is free of charge. Guest access The Montanara house is a two-family house. You will stay in the apartment upstairs.
