Sleeps up to 9 people. Plus play ping pong with an original late 70’s tennis table - balls and bats all provided. ( if in use take care when playing as a family keepsake please no drinks food on table tennis table). We provide complimentary boogie boards, Sun chairs, esky Portable beach cart, buckets and spades for extra beach fun. We only ask that if you do use to keep in condition you found. By removing any excess sand and wipe out after use for our next guests to enjoy too. Downstairs front outdoor courtyard is securely fenced area for small dogs with a dedicated outdoor pet area. The L shaped courtyard has direct access to master and front bedrooms on the side and Includes outdoor cold shower with tap to wash sand off you and or your fur-baby after a fun beach day. Outdoor front courtyard includes lounge & retro string lights perfect for gathering and conversations. Infants & Kids Complimentary Porta cot, change mat located in Master wardrobe and booster seat high chair located in upstairs bedroom cupboard for use during your stay Under no circumstances will Rosebud Bay Beach House be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from Your use of complimentary baby items. Please note: Our townhouse is a double storey with stairs (reverse living). Infants and children must be supervised at all times. Rosebud bay beach house will not be held accountable for injury. Guest access Access to all areas except locked cupboards and shed. Other things to note Includes all high quality bed linen, towels & tea towels.Toilet paper, basic condiments, tea, coffee, sugar & starter Nespresso pods. Oil, pepper, salt, mixed herbs, foil, baking paper, cling wrap & garbage bags. Full use of washing machine and dryer includes starter washing tablets and soaking stain powder for your use. Beach towels included. Includes check out cleaning and washing of linens. Please note: Linen fee is included within cleaning fee. Dog friendly by application only. $60 dog fee per stay applies. $30 for additional dog max of 2 per stay. For small to med breeds under 12kg. Upon host approval. Pet fee includes- organic Australian made dog wash, pet towels, welcome treat, food / water bowls and orthopaedic dog bed supplied. * Strictly No pets on beds, there is a dog bed your fur kid can sleep on stored under master bed. Dog hair on beds will incur additional linen charge of $20 per bed. * clean up after your pet, if an accident occurs there are wipes and urine off spray supplied in laundry for use. * upon departure ensure excess dog hair is removed and all dog droppings (poo) must be picked up and disposed of in bin. If not disposed of there will be additional cleaning charge of $30 applied. Please let us know straight away if something is not right so we can assist as soon as possible. No refunds will be given if you do not notify us of any issues prior to checkout and allow us to rectify or assist first. If anything is broken or if you have any breakages damage during your stay please let us know prior to checkout so we can fix or replace before next guests arrival. Covid cancellation.
