Please inquire to confirm. The space ***Small dog friendly see restrictions*** this is a 2 bed 2 bath manufactured home. It is 20 years old, however it has a new roof, new AC new HVAC system, new hot water tank (city water), new back windows, new gravel driveway, new brick paver walkway, new gazebo (over $40,000 in updates in past year). The dock accommodates up to. 20 foot boat only. Guest access You will have access to over 200" of Lake frontage (seasonal) and the entire home. Other things to note Cherokee lake is a TVA controlled reservoir. From Memorial Day through Labor Day the lake is typically at "full pool" which is 1,070' above sea level, please check TVA lake info web site for lake levels or use Airbnb to message me and I will tell you the lake levels. The dock can still be used through the end of September (or 1,060 in level), however the water levels can drop quickly. You can still bring a boat and launch at Panther Creek State park however you may not be able to dock your boat at our house if its lower then 1,060. The dock will only accommodate up to a 20 foot boat. We recently added a NEMA 14-50 EV level 2 receptacle for your EV charger. Rental includes charging (after 8pm). Bring your EV with no range fear.
