Balcony is inaccessible for security and privacy purposes. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, with the exception of the balcony for safety and privacy reasons. The space is designed to offer comfort, relaxation, and privacy throughout your stay. Other things to note Early check-in and late check-out requests may be accommodated subject to availability, with a minimal fee of PHP 400 per succeeding hour. To help us prepare the space properly, we kindly ask guests to declare the correct number of occupants. For everyone’s comfort and safety, a maximum of six (6) guests, including visitors, may enter the house at any time, whether staying overnight or not. A PHP 2,000 fee may apply for undeclared guests exceeding the allowed number. CCTV cameras are installed only at the gate and main entrance to help ensure safety and monitor arrivals. There are no cameras inside the house, allowing you to enjoy your stay with full privacy. This also helps us ensure that guest limits are respected.
