Temperature is regulated from upstairs, I will do my best to make sure you are cozy your entire stay. Theater snacks and bottled water provided (please be courteous). Guest access Guests will not have any access to main floor, other than using front door for in and out access and/or waiting for share ride or picking up food delivery. Guest(s) is not permitted to use the hot tub. However, there is a subdivision pool that you will have access to (in-season and during pool hours). This space has one Queen bed and two Queen air mattresses. In addition, there’s two fold-out toddlers cots/zen chairs. *Twin roll-away bed available (must be requested) Guests staying 5 days or more can request free laundry service (provided by my housekeeper) but you will not have access to the laundry room. Other things to note This is a no-smoking and drug free home. If you smoke cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookah and or vape, please do so on the outside patio. This property and Airbnb space is not wheelchair accessible nor handicap adaptable, so sorry. *No parties of any kind. No visitors and/or guests permitted on the property, other than those registered with your Airbnb registration. No guns/weapons. No drugs of any kind, other than prescription and must be prescribed to the guest(s) staying in the space. NO animals of any kind. (Love them, but I’m allergic) Please restock air mattresses (if used) Popcorn machine is for decorative purposes ONLY. Too many guest(s) was not cleaning after use If you smoke, Do Not leave your cigarettes butts on the ground, patio area, or flick in the grass. MUST BE 21 to book Violation of any house rules will result in $50 fine per infraction. With the exception of parties. Party infractions are set at $300 and you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, no refunds.
