Puerto Aventuras is a very safe gated community with beach, central park (lake, playground, 4 pickleball courts, outdoor gym, basketball / Volleyball courts) and golf course (many other in area). It has a large modern Supermarket is just outside the gates and a farmers market 2x a week inside the gates. Quinta del Sol has a gated entrance and night security guard. Other things to note This is a direct listing by owners who only rent for a small number of weeks a year as they like to enjoy the place themselves much of the year.
