Every detail was curated to make this space a place where you have no choice but to kick back and relax. The light and airy feel welcomes you as soon as you enter with its high vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. Whether the sun is shining or it’s raining outside, the comfort of the modular sectional sofa in this peaceful space is simply unparalleled. Enjoy playing one of the many included board games together around the coffee table. Staying with us during the cooler months? Grab a cozy blanket and a cup of hot chocolate and settle in with a great book or watch the snow fall out the large bay window. Better yet, pull the ottoman into the middle for a relaxing movie night! The large Smart TV includes Netflix, Disney + and Prime - just login to your account and enjoy! BEDROOMS: Less is more, and you will find the bedrooms prove that simplicity can not only feel extraordinarily peaceful, but luxurious at the same time. All three bedrooms are calm and relaxing spaces with premium linens to keep you cool and comfortable while you sleep. The upstairs rooms have dressers and large closets to keep your clothing and items organized. Details: First Bedroom - Queen-sized bed with reading lamps and large ceiling fan above. Bedside tables, dresser and closet for all your storage needs. Secondary Bedroom - Double-sized bed plus Bunk Beds (Double bed on bottom and twin bed on top). This rooms also features a dresser and closet to keep you belongings tucked away during your stay. Lower Master Suite - Queen-sized bed with side tables and reading lamps. Large sectional sofa and Smart TV. The suite features it's own door to access the bedroom and open concept living area features its own sectional, additional seating, coffee table and TV equipped with an Amazon firestick. BATHROOM: Wash your cares away in the gorgeous updated bathroom that boasts a large bathtub and double waterfall shower head with wand. We will provide bath towels for each guest as well as hand and face towels for your comfort and convenience - you're our guests, we will treat you that way! Please bring your own beach towels for use during beach season. We also provide a decadent line of shampoo, conditioner and body wash to make your morning routine that much more luxurious. KITCHEN: When you aren’t dining at one of the many delicious restaurants on the strip, the fully modern and updated kitchen has all new appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island to sit around & enjoy a delicious meal. We provide all the necessary kitchen tools and gadgets you need to prepare a meal easily. After all, we want you to spend less time in the kitchen and more time exploring or relaxing at the beach! For the coffee lovers, the kitchen is equipped with a Keurig machine, a drip coffee maker and electric kettle. Additionally, there is a new washer and dryer conveniently located on the main floor to throw your towels in for a wash when you get back from the beach! Laundry pods are provided for your stay. DINING SPACE: The large kitchen island seats 5 comfortably. However, if you prefer to dine outdoors, the backyard is a fantastic fenced space where you’ll find a natural gas BBQ and a large outdoor dining table that seats 6. You’ll love starting your day out here under the large umbrella with a cup of coffee or gathering around the table in the evening under the stars with your favourite bottle of wine to chat the night away. In addition to the backyard patio, the front of the house features an spacious deck and two Adirondack chairs to sit in and relax in the morning or to catch the evening sun. Guest access Entire house is for you during your stay. Nothing shared with other guests or tenants/neighbours. Front deck with Adirondack chairs, backyard with patio and outdoor dining table that sits 6, umbrella and gas BBQ. Laundry on site.
