Sleeps up to 8 people. Fenced backyard with gas BBQ, patio & front deck with Adirondack chairs. Everything included! The space The Dover House is designed for comfort and relaxation. High vaulted ceilings and large windows fill the home with natural light, while central air keeps the space cool and comfortable year-round. LIVING AREAS The living room features a large modular sectional and a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and Roku. There’s a second smart TV in the lower master suite as well. Board games are provided for family fun. BEDROOMS Sleeps up to 8 guests with premium linens: - Upstairs Queen bedroom with ceiling fan, reading lamps, dresser and closet - Upstairs bedroom with a double bed plus bunk beds (double on bottom, twin on top), dresser and closet - Lower level master suite with a Queen bed, sectional sofa, and its own smart TV BATHROOM Bathroom features a deep bathtub and rainfall shower with wand. We supply bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Please bring your own beach towels. KITCHEN Our newly designed and renovated kitchen is fully equipped with quartz counters, a large island that seats 5, new appliances, drip coffee maker and electric kettle. A washer and dryer with laundry pods are conveniently located on the main floor. OUTDOORS The fenced backyard is perfect for summer evenings with a natural gas BBQ and a large dining table that seats 6 under the umbrella. The front deck offers two Adirondack chairs to relax and watch the world go by. Whether you're here for beach days, local festivities, relaxing getaways, Friday the 13th, or a peaceful off-season escape, everything you need is provided so you can simply arrive and enjoy your Port Dover getaway. Guest access Entire house is for you during your stay. Nothing shared with other guests or tenants/neighbours. Front deck with Adirondack chairs, backyard with patio and outdoor dining table that sits 6, umbrella and gas BBQ. Laundry on site.
