2+1 summer apartment for rent in a residential complex with a pool

Our house is suitable for 4 adults, up to 5 people (including children). After 3 people, And the extra fee we have specified for the 5th person to stay must be paid by including it in the nightly fee. 2) Due to the negative experiences we have had, we absolutely do not allow 'only male individuals' to stay in our house. We kindly ask you to be careful about this. If only male individuals make a reservation and this is detected, their reservations will be canceled without any refund. 3) Since the pool area on our site is a common area, it is only used for cooling and sports purposes with the decision of the site management. It is strictly forbidden to consume alcohol, listen to music and make noise in the pool area. 4) Our house has a double bed in the large bedroom, a 1.5 bed in the small bedroom, and the L-shaped sofa in the living room can be opened and become a bed. 5) Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. 6) There is no carpet in the house, but as the host, we do not prefer walking around with shoes. 7) We deliver our house clean and tidy, and we want our guests to show the same care when they leave. 8) We kindly ask you not to leave any garbage when you leave the house. 9) We kindly request that the items used in the kitchen are left clean and that no food is left in the refrigerator. 10) Due to the infrastructure works in our region, there may be situations such as electricity-water outages and restrictions on the use of the pool. As the host, we cannot accept reservation cancellation requests because such situations are caused by reasons beyond our control. 11) Since the summer season is short in our region, the dates of pool use vary according to weather conditions. We kindly ask you to ask if the pool is available before making your reservation. Once a reservation is made, we will not accept a cancellation due to pool use. 12) Legally, we are obliged to report the identity information of all our guests to the Gendarmerie.
