"Las Vistas" the special apartment! Tenerife

Relax in this very special and quiet accommodation. A stylishly designed apartment with a view that is second to none. Best view from every room (even the bathroom) as well as from both balconies. Fantastic sunsets. Fall asleep to the sound of the sea. For individualists who are not looking for the everyday experience. Residential building is on a slope plus own free parking space. Without tourist hype and still not far from Puerto de la Cruz. Beach and sea water pool just a few minutes away. Other things to note The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building. There is no elevator in the building. The apartment is therefore unfortunately not suitable for disabled people. Also strollers and children are not recommended in this apartment as the stairs and the height and exposure of the balconies are not suitable for children. It is recommended to rent a vehicle, since the shops and the beach are not far away, but can only be reached on foot on the road, as there are no pedestrian footpaths. We have had the best experiences with the company "CiCar". Mostly new good vehicles and all insurance included at a very reasonable price. There is a private, numbered, free, closed parking space in front of the house, number 16 or 31. From the parking space, you have to walk about 50 m along the street to the entrance gate of the house, as there is no sidewalk. The flat may not be used for commercial purposes of any kind, e.g. no subletting, no commercial photography or filming and so on! A maximum of 2 people can stay here. Mobile phone reception is not good in the flat, but it is OK on the balcony. Of course, you can make calls in the flat via our Wi-Fi (Whats App or similar).
