Comfortable Double-bed flat near city centre

My elegant and simple flat joins solace and utility. There is a double bed with some storage space to unwind during your stay. The property offers street parking and within minutes you are in Newcastle city centre. Got basic amenities, family oriented complex with a great transport link and a bus stop connecting straight to city centre opposite the premises. Great location for tourist, football-match visitors and business travellers. The space I have a simple condo on an arterial street of newcastle and 5 minuted away from Monument(bang-on city center of newcastle) The flat is outfitted with a double sized bed and with fresh cotton bed linen. There's are a closet with storage space and racks and 2 side tables. The place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), groups, and furry friends (pets). It's additionally an great haven for a business voyager with a work area, wifi and parking space. The property is monitored by 24 hours CCTV and has a fire alarm wired throughout the flat for our safety and security. My other tenants live in the flat above. Guest access My only request is to keep silent and respect others during your stay as there is a shop downstairs so you can shop your essentials and dabaturies. Other things to note This is not a hotel so exclusive service cannot be provided, as the property is self-contained it has everything you need to hand. Pillows and Bed linen are provided. Food, detergent and toiletries are not provided but can be procured from off-licence store downstairs. Soiled (even for a single drop of wine, blood or other) bed linen and towels will be charged full price of replacement as they are very difficult to wash and regain the clean condition as you were handed. So bed linen will be charged £30 and Towel set will be charged £15. Soiled mattress toppers will be charged £50, a mattress spoilt will be covered by you in full using your card or cash. Same goes with the sofa. If it is split then you will have to book or pay for cleaning service and worse comes replace entire set with a new one of equal standards.
