Our family-friendly home rests on the Mingus foothills, overlooking Sedona's Secret Mountain. This space gives you a front-row seat to unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, with the luxury of an Exclusive Mountain Guesthouse! You have access to a private nature trail, and a backyard patio perfect for night-time stargazing. Get settled in on a private 5 acre farm-steading land, just 20 minutes by car from hotspots like Sedona or Jerome. *We are a no pets property. No animals are allowed. The space As you enter the property, you will be immersed in nature! Your own private high-desert hideout to enjoy during the day, a peaceful retreat to retire to after a day of sightseeing. You'll be close to all the breathtaking beauty Sedona has to offer, without the claustrophobic chaos of tourism. We strive to provide a relaxing stay, nestled in the heart of nature. [Please Be Aware] Nature is unpredictable. You may encounter weather changes, insects, small creatures, even the rare appearance of a snake in the warmer months (Do not bother them ;). • 800 sq. ft. Exclusive Mountain Farmstead Guesthouse! • King bed + Queen bed convertible couch; Kitchenette • 15-30 minutes to Sedona + Jerome + vineyards • We have one TV in the main living area • WiFi up to 150 Mbps, many work from home guests have reported works great for Zoom calls SOME IMPORTANT NOTES: • There are no sidewalks or street lights onsite (Call if you get lost). • Parking is Allowed on the Property. For security reasons, we ask that all guests and their visitors provide a name, license plate number and vehicle description (even for day visits). • Check-in is contactless. • No smoking, No pets, No parties. • Quiet time is from 9pm to 6am • This space is connected to another loft via a security door. Guests may be staying in that loft (similar to a hotel split). • The second loft is available to rent in conjunction with this loft. Just message us! • We live in the home up front, so you may see my daughter at play or my husband working around the property. *No additional guests or visitors beyond the booked number of people are allowed to come on the property. This ensures privacy and security for everyone staying on the land. LOCATION :) This is, in fact, the most central location to visiting the entire Verde Valley including Sedona + Jerome. We are also centrally located and within 2.5 hours of other major destinations including the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell (Page), Monument Valley, The Painted Desert and the Navajo Nation to name a few. In the spring, you can enjoy native plants, and wild flowers blooming along the hillsides. In summers it is very hot and best accessed early in the morning or early evening. The winters are quite beautiful with light to medium snow covering the mountains! This will be requested upon booking. **We are a no pets property. No animals are allowed. Guest access During your stay, the guesthouse is all yours. Our check-in process is easy Make yourself at home! Guest may use their back patio, the basketball court and trail areas, but are asked to refrain from the larger vegetable garden and grass. We are Unit A located closest to the house near the breezeway! *NOTE - Parking is Allowed on the Property. For security reasons, we ask that all guests and their registered visitors provide a name, license plate number and vehicle description (if arriving in different vehicles). No additional guests or visitors beyond the booked number of people are allowed to come on the property. This ensures privacy and security for everyone staying on the land. Other things to note SUPPLIES: We'll get you started with items such as toilet paper, soap, detergent and cleaning supplies, however you will be responsible for purchasing additional, if needed. FAQ's... Do you offer early check-in or late check-outs? - No. Our home is in high demand! We use this precious little time we have to prepare the home following the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, as well as to complete any maintenance tasks, so your stay is uninterrupted. If additional time is important to you we recommend booking an additional night to your stay. Do you allow luggage drop-off for early arrivals or late departures? - No, unfortunately we are unable to offer luggage drop-off at this time. Is the home suitable for children? - Our home is great fun for children of any age. Do you offer a cleaning service? - Yes! If our schedule allows, we can accommodate additional cleaning services on a weekly basis, for an added cost. Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member or co-worker? - No. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Airbnb account. You can potentially earn travel credit by referring someone to book their first reservation with Airbnb. Go to Account Settings and click on Invite Friends for more details. Traveling for a Business Trip? - For business trips or if you book travel for your company, Airbnb allows designated bookers at companies enrolled in Airbnb for Work to book trips on behalf of others.
