The space This annex apartment is located within the rear ground floor of a large Victorian guesthouse building, which features its own private entrance via the garden, and a private sole use garden area. The apartment suite is fully self-contained. You may hear light footsteps above as this is an old building with other floors in use. Guest access Sole access rear unit and garden. Other things to note Please note that for two guests, we do not supply sofa bedding by default, as it is assumed you are a couple. Should you require sofa bedding for a two guest booking, there is a £15 supplement as this is treated as additional guests in laundry. (You’re welcome to bring your own should you prefer to avoid this if it’s a two guest booking). Three guest bookings, it is assumed only 1 sofa bedding set is required by default. If you require both, there is an extra laundry charge. We do not accept children under 12 due to our insurance policy requirements.
