Downstairs we have a third full bathroom along with an open, yet cozy game room and TV area, with ping-pong and foosball tables. The ample and pull-through trailer parking is perfect for trailers and rigs. The outdoors areas are open and flat - ready for any yard game you enjoy. This property is unique in that it is residential, but sits at the south end of Birchwood's Main street - within short walking distance of the local restaurants, pubs and shopping. You can walk to most places in Birchwood from our property. We do offer a two old cruiser bicycles with baskets for a quick ride down main street for any shopping needs you may have. Please take good care of them. Remember to put them away in the same place after each use. Throughout the home we have two local artists displaying their work.
