The space Welcome to Loon Cottage, Your Serene Lakeside Retreat Perfect for families, couples, or solo travelers, this cozy 2-bedroom cottage is your home away from home. The master bedroom features a luxurious king bed and Roku TV, while the second bedroom offers two comfortable single beds. Relax in the inviting living room, equipped with a sofa, rocking chair, Roku TV, and a Nintendo Wii for added fun. The fully stocked kitchen boasts a coffee bar, and the cozy dining nook seats four comfortably. The bathroom includes a tub, shower, and in-unit laundry for convenience. Step outside to a beautiful patio with an outdoor heated shower, dining table, and a comfortable seating area with a gas fireplace. Evenings are perfect for gathering around the fire pit, roasting marshmallows, and stargazing. For outdoor enthusiasts, enjoy direct lake access via a private dock and a shared right-of-way. Two kayaks and a pedal boat are provided for endless water adventures. Stay connected with Wi-Fi throughout the property, making Loon Cottage the perfect blend of relaxation and modern comfort. Guest access The entire property for a truly private which guests have full access to. The only shared space is through the right of way (row). Other things to note Boating & Swimming: A pedal boat and kayaks are available for guest use. Please report any damage immediately. Life jackets are required for anyone under 17, and while a few are provided, sizes are limited; bringing your own is recommended. Use the back dock for launching non-motorized boats and the front dock (shared with two other houses, a 30-second walk) for swimming. Motorized boats cannot be docked at the house or on the ROW. Entertainment: A Nintendo Wii is available for use, along with plenty of board games stored in the bookshelf and inside the nook bench. Perfect for family game nights or rainy day fun! Property Etiquette: Be respectful of neighbors—do not access boats or trespass on neighboring properties. Book Collection: Enjoy our small, growing library of novels during your stay. Please leave books at the cottage as this is not a book swap. Septic System Care: Only flush provided septic-safe toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or paper towels. Outdoor Shower: The outdoor shower is enclosed but partially visible from the upstairs bedroom. Please use accordingly. Checkout Instructions: Before departure, remove bedding and towels and place them in the laundry area. Start the dishwasher with used dishes. Ensure the cottage is tidy, items are returned to their original places, and all trash is bagged and placed in the black bin (recycling in the blue bin).
