The vacation house "House on the Shore" with a terrace and garden view is located in the village of Nadevitsy, Leningrad region. Free private parking is available on the property. Guests can relax in the shared lounge. The vacation house has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a patio overlooking the lake. Towels and bed linen are provided. A playground for children. The space The house is located on the picturesque shore of the lake on the territory of the Cheremenetsky reserve. Lake view from all windows. There is a terrace on the lake side with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and enjoying the views. A barbecue area with skewers and grills. The house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and all amenities for year-round living. A fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking and serving, two cozy bedrooms, bathrooms on each floor, a shower room. Boats and life jackets for water trips and fishing. A small cozy bath-sauna. There is a horizontal bar, swing, sandpit, badminton, summer and winter fishing gear on the premises. Free parking on the premises. Apple orchard. Horse riding can be arranged at the horse farm in the neighboring village. There are outdoor areas with exercise machines, treadmills, volleyball and football courts 2 km away. In summer you can enjoy swimming and sunbathing, the recreation area is equipped with sunbeds. For winter holiday lovers, ski walks on the flat white surface of the lake. Sports such as windsurfing and snowkiting are popular on the lake. Other things to note We are always glad to welcome our guests, especially when they leave satisfied with their stay and have had a positive experience. Here you can enjoy the silence and magnificent views of the lake, find entertainment to your liking: barbecue in the fresh air, swimming and fishing, boating, hiking, "light steam" in the bath, horseback riding at the neighboring horse farm, table and outdoor games, skiing in winter and or just relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is an apple orchard, greenhouses where we grow vegetables in summer, flower beds and a rose garden with roses blooming all summer.
