Stone cottage 2 steps from Nyons city center

Our 23 m2 cottage is quietly located a 7-minute walk from the old town of Nyons, nestled in a wild priest's garden and adjoining an olive grove. A small cozy pool on the edge of the garrigue awaits you from the end of June to the end of September, after the discovery of our beautiful Drôme Provençale. Your vehicle is safe on the property. Pets accepted with prior agreement, to be requested before booking (small and medium-sized dogs, cats not allowed to scratch). The space You have: - 1 room with living room (2-seater sofa, not convertible) and dining area equipped with a 2-burner gas stove, 1 small fridge, 1 filter coffee machine 4x4 - 1 shower room and sink - 1 independent bathroom - 1 bedroom equipped with a 140 x 190 bed, closets and closed by a bay window - 1 outdoor terrace with table, chairs and outdoor lounge chairs. The bed will be made upon arrival. (sheets are provided as well as dish towel and kitchen towel but we do not provide bath towels and bath linens or pool towels) Our pool is an atypical infinity pool, on the edge of the garrigue, hidden and dug into the rock, not overlooked; you have to take the outside staircase and climb several steps to access it behind the house. It is inaccessible from the end of September to the end of June. (Chlorine pool and to be shared with "the ThuyetLio cottage" when it is rented) Guest access Arrival on site, there are 2 electric gates to cross. Once you park your vehicle on the property, you can walk to the center of Nyons: Shops, restaurants, the Thursday morning market and Provençal market on Sunday morning in summer. The cottage is not suitable for people with disabilities, children and babies. The property is equipped with 2 independent cottages, adjoining and on the ground floor of the owners' house. The terraces are adjoining, separated by a wooden screen The garden and pool are to be shared for the 2 cottages. An inventory will be carried out upon arrival and departure, thank you for your understanding. There is no cleaning fee, so we ask that the cleaning must be done before your departure and the gîte must be returned as clean as you found it For cleaning at the end of the stay, we provide you with the vacuum cleaner (ask us if needed) and the necessary cleaning products. We have Oly (shit tzu) and Alika (border collie Australian shepherd mix) on the property When the 2 cottages are rented, there is the possibility of neighborhood noise and as we have dogs, there will be barking from time to time Bird and cicada noises certainly in summer and spring!
