The most important thing is the security around the neighborhood. This newly renovated house has a area of 1360 square ft. It contains 3 nicely sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. In the bedrooms, there are 2 queen-sized beds, and 1 full sizes bed. Every room has closets and an office area. The new flooring is hardwood all throughout the house. In the living room, there is a cable box that provides around 120 channels. The internet speed is 400 mbps. The new kitchen have solid wood cabinets and kitchenware that you can use to make food. This house most of the area is faced to SW so it has plenty of light. The rear garage has a parking space. Stone patio and old trees in the front of the house will allow you to enjoy the breath of nature. Quiet and safe neighborhood. (Guests with registration with be provided with the code) Our house is in the heart of Ardmore, but it is also at safe and quiet street. You can reach many places within 5-8 minutes by walking. Places like, Suburban Square, Wynnewood Shopping Center, and South Ardmore Park. (Includes bars, music hall, Apple store, Whole Foods, Starbucks, Target, Trader Joe’s, and many other Restaurants) By driving 15-20 minutes, you can reach King of Prussia, Philadelphia Center City, and some colleges (Villanova University, Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, Rosemont College, St. Joesph University, UPENN, Drexel University, and more. Near hospital, Bryn Mawr Hospital, CHOP, and UPENN Hospital. Half-mile walk to SEPTA/Amtrak train station. Train carries you center city and airport. Half-hour drive to airport.
