Suite on Hole 12

Two bedroom suite in a beautiful home settled in the luxurious West Hills Community. Offering proximity to scenic walking trails, a high end golf course, restaurants and pubs, and amenities (Gas/Convenience, Sobeys, Walmart, Canadian Tire, etc). The space The suite is located in the lower level of our home, with private access through the contactless entry at the back of the house, beside the covered outdoor seating area. Both bedrooms have queen size beds with luxurious bedding, large closets, and beautiful natural light. There is a full kitchen to include a refrigerator, full size range, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker (with locally sourced beans). All dishes, cutlery, and cooking essentials are included. There is a dining space for four, as well as cleaning supplies. A small designated work area with a 24” monitor, and wireless keyboard and mouse will make traveling for work a breeze (upon request). The bathroom comes fully stocked from the essentials (toilet paper, towels and cloths, and a first aid kit), to the niceties (shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, and a hairdryer). There is also a full washer and drier for your use. Lastly, the lovely sized living room and mud area round out your stay with creature comforts hoping to make you feel like you’re at home. A large reclinable leather sofa and glider onlook the 65” Smart TV with Bell, Disney+, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. There are lots of fun board games, a warm natural gas fireplace, and stunning photography from local artists representing the maritime beauty of New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Guest access Guests will have access to their private suite via a separate door with a keyless entry lock. Other things to note As noted, the suite is located within our home. We have two young children which you will undoubtedly see (outside) and hear. Tesla specific EV charger available upon request. One dog maximum at host’s discretion. Service dogs always welcome There is designated parking for one vehicle at far back of driveway. We can accommodate both in-person or self check-in via our keyless entry. Infant/toddler essentials available upon request. Iron/ironing board in master walk in. High speed internet and Bell FibreOp available.
