We have remodeled this family home for up to 10 people which has a Private Pool and Ocean View. The space We can assure you that all the details in Nordwaves Ocean View House have been chosen with love, keeping our visitors in mind. Our intention has been to prepare a space where you can disconnect from daily stress, share with family, and/or rest and relax after an adventure and vacation day. Here are some features you'll love about the place: 1. The house has Solar Panels with Tesla Batteries so the power doesn't go out in the event of a service interruption. 2. All rooms have Inverter Air Conditioning and comfortable Mattresses for a better rest. 3. The Family Room has a 75" Smart TV with Roku for a perfect Movie Night. 4. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. 5. The dining room is perfect for ten people to sit down to eat as a family at the same time. 6. The Master Room has its own TV area with reclining seats, a work desk, and a private bathroom. 7. The children's room has two bunk beds, a Smart TV, and board games. 8. The house has a balcony and large windows in the living room and dining room area with an ocean view. 9. In the pool area there is an electric iron, sink, and full bathroom. Other things to note At Nordwaves Ocean View House, we're very committed to cleaning our space. This has been one of our top priorities since we started this beautiful project. We know that now more than ever, your safety and peace of mind depend on this, which is why we carry out a more detailed and thorough cleaning process. Here are some of our cleaning processes: • We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies and alcohol to disinfect areas. • We disinfect high-touch surfaces such as locks and doorknobs, cabinets, tables, bathroom, containers, air conditioning and TV controls, etc. • We clean the entire house with a vacuum cleaner. • We use detergents and bleach to wash linens and towels. • We use masks for cleaning to help prevent cross-contamination. • Bleach and multipurpose cleaner are used to mop the floors.
