Beach House at the Best Point in Manguinhos

If you are looking for a leisure option with comfort, ample space and close to the beach, here is the place. We have one of the most beautiful beaches in ES. Our house is 100m from the beach and 2km from the villa, with good restaurant options. The space The house has beach equipment, a paddle board, a swimming pool with a hot tub, outdoor shower, a mini gym and many trees. We have barbecue and 2 suites with fan and air conditioning. The house is in the back of the land, with the entire area in front, free for parking/leisure. We have an electric fence, we have two internet providers and desk. Bath and face towels are for indoor use. For beach or pool, your own towels should be used. If the bedding and bath are stained, the cost of new ones will be passed on to guests. And any damage or loss to the equipment and/or property will be passed on to Airbnb. *** PARTIES OR EVENTS IS NOT ALLOWED *** *** NO CHANGE OF FURNITURE POSITION *** Guest access The house has two floors with three suites below and two on top. A suite is open on each floor. The couple's and children's suite are restricted, in addition to the family office. The rest of the house is free to access. Other things to note Our goal is to welcome families who want peace and quiet. Small celebrations, with a maximum of 10 people, are allowed, as long as the Law of Silence is respected and does not bother the neighbors. Although the neighborhood is very quiet, we do not recommend that the gates stay open for long term. We just open it up to come in or go out.
