None present in the guest room which is rented. WiFi is complimentary but speed and signal stability is dependent on supply by the WiFi company. Recommended for guests to obtain their own cellular WiFi data as instances may occur when network may be down or unstable. Fully furnished, TV with streaming applications such as Netflix/Amazon prime for guests to log into their own accounts. My personal accounts are not available for guests. Satellite DSTV available but please note only basic package provided. If you would like to request an upgraded package for specific channels such as premier sports or movies Channels or particular channels of interest, can be easily arrange for a small fee to upgrade. Guest access Self check in. Full apartment I am not available in person during your stay but I am easily available via call, text or WhatsAp message or messaging through Airbnb. I have made provision for all amenities as listed to allow for an enjoyable and comfortable stay and I am available to be contacted by guests. Other things to note No parties allowed and guests reservation may be cancelled if the number of occupants is found out to be more than what was declared by guest at the time of booking the facility. Electricity is mostly stable within the estate, however at times there may be power outages by the electricity company affecting the city. To ensure that guests are not restricted on the use of electricity, a prepaid meter is installed and electricity credit equivalent of GHS75 per week is made available. This allocation is more than enough to last a week unless AC is left on 24/7 and when not in use. Please kindly switch off AC when not in the apartment or when not In use Usage of electricity beyond this amount is paid for by guest.
