Cottage in Mount Shasta

The Blue Haven, located in the friendly Gateway Community is the perfect place to rejuvenate and unwind. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with all new amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped and prepped to make any meal. The firm queen bed and firm pull-out sofa are extremely comfortable with cooling mattress toppers and pillowcase covers. It is a 4-minute drive from downtown, a quarter mile from the headwaters, and .2 miles walk to the Peace Garden. The space The property is located in a quiet area and on almost 3 narrow acres with a brand-new well and septic system. There is enough driveway space for a car to completely turn around and fits about 5 to 6 large pick-up trucks. Guests can expect to turn off and on the quiet cooling and heating system(s) with a remote while in bed or on the sofa. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom. We will ensure that the home is set at a comfortable temperature prior to arrival. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire house and the over one acre private property. Other things to note The Peace Garden is within walking distance (roughly 1000 feet) on Ski Village Dr. and close to the corner of Everett Memorial on the South side of the street. We left prayer ties for the guests to use. Spring Hill Trail is a quarter mile walk in the opposite direction towards the Headwaters.
