This beautiful waterfront home features two master suites! Relax on the huge back deck, enjoy tons of windows, air conditioning, two paddle boards and a kayak included too! Be one of the limited few guests each summer to be able rent this beautiful home. Walk to beach, dining, ice cream, coffee, bars, live music. 8 adults max. No pets, no parties, no gatherings or outside guests. No groups > 10 please don’t ask. Can message about pricing! The space For the nightly or weekly rate you are getting 2 master suites and 3 additional beautiful bedrooms. You are in a private waterfront home with an oversized amazing deck overlooking gorgeous salt water (pond setting) on 1 full acre of land! You have a private fully stocked kitchen and a very comfortable space to enjoy your family. We also leave 2 paddleboards and a kayak for you complimentary (which can cost upwards of 200 per day per item!). Guest access The home is all yours except access is closed to the attic and basement. They are unfinished and not ideal for guests. Other things to note Noise restrictions with heavy fines by law enforcement. Not ideal location for any type of parties, reunions, weddings, etc. No fireworks or fire pits of any kind. If any of this is discovered there will be fines full security deposit.
