Enjoy expansive views of Pacific Ocean waves beautifully crashing on Rockaway Beach. The oceanfront location provides easy access to 7 miles of sandy beach. The euro style kitchen is for your use or choose a local eatery. Weather inclement: grab a great wine; dim the lights; turn on the beautiful electric fireplace; and, enjoy the 55" 4K Home Theater system and 5.1 Doby Atmos soundbar. Using WiFi stream your content from your device to the 4K Home Theater. The soundbar is BT enabled. The space Enter into the kitchen, great/dining room all with Pacific Ocean views. The euro style kitchen features a U-shaped layout with quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances. Doing a 180 you will pass the luxury hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Further down the hall enter into the Master Bedroom. The Master Bedroom features a king size bed with a medium/firm 14" memory foam mattress with a variable speed ceiling fan and HDTV. The Master Bedroom Suite contains a luxury bathroom featuring floor to ceiling tile shower and quartz vanity countertop. Guest access Our guests are welcome to use all of the Condo. The linen storage locker is locked and is not guest accessible. The storage area off the balcony has some beach items for guest use. Other things to note Lights in the kitchen/great/dining room are switch dimmable LEDS in 5 independent zones. Also featured is an oversized electric fireplace. The 5.1 Doby Atmos Soundbar capable of BT streaming your favorite tunes from your mobile device. The 55" top of the line Samsung 4K UHD TV has many apps so you can stream what you wish using your own login credentials. Any non-human making entry into the Condo will result in an extra $300.00 cleaning fee being charged. If you elect to bring a non-human into the Condo, it may not be unattended and it may not bark excessively; if it is left unattended or barks excessively all guests will be evicted with no refund of any amount paid. If you login to a HDTV app with your identity credentials, please protect yourself by removing the same at the end of your stay. Damage beyond normal use and care will be charged to the guest at 125% costs to repair, plus lost revenues attributable to days the Condo is unavailable for rental use. Guest agrees Tillamook County Courts have jurisdiction over all matters resulting from their rental and use of the Condo.
