With 3 bedrooms, sunroom, deck and spacious yard, it is perfect for the whole family. 1 king bed in master en-suite, 1 queen in the guest room, and twin beds in the third bedroom, ideal for children. There are two full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. Bay Drive has a lovely bike path that runs for miles. Public beach accesses are less than a 5 minute drive east! Enjoy! The space The spacious backyard is a perfect spot for watching the sunsets over the water, playing games, fishing off the dock, and enjoying a bonfire in the fire pit. There's an outdoor balcony with seating as well. Have your meals and prime relaxation with a full view of the yard and sound from the upstairs sunroom! The home's open plan and high ceilings make for a wonderful common space, including the living room, fully stocked kitchen and dining area. Downstairs in the covered carport you'll find the BBQ grill, outdoor shower and laundry facilities. Two kayaks are provided (as is) for guest use as well. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property located right on the sound and multi-use walking and bike path. *The Stair Tamer (elevator) is not for use. Other things to note We are dog friendly and welcome one well-behaved dog. No cats due to severe allergies.
