While you will likely be spending a lot of your time inside as a family, this home is also just 18 miles from the Houston Downtown Aquarium (410 Bagby St, Houston, TX 77002), which offers Aquarium Adventure Exhibits, amusement park rides and carnival-styled games. There is also underwater adventure dining at the aquarium. The house is also located close to Buffalo Bayou Park (1800 Allen PKWY, Houston, TX 77019), just 15 mins. where you can enjoy downtown scenery, bike riding, a walking trail, plenty of grass and areas to workout or just enjoy, play area. Visit Hermann Park (6102 Hermann Park Drive, Houston, TX 77030), 20 mins away. Where you can enjoy the pedal boats, up to 4 ppl. The Hermann Park Railroad takes a two-mile, 18 minute journey around Hermann Park. The train departs from Kinder Station every 25 - 30 minutes. Color Factory of Houston (3303 Kirby Dr, Houston, TX 77098), 20 mins away from the house. An Art museum for all ages. Visitors are invited to experience the joy of color through interactive installations, immersive rooms, and carefully curated moments inspired by the city of Houston. A Fan of the Houston Rockets? Other things to note In-home notes: The master bedroom located downstairs will be completely off-limits and locked closed throughout your entire stay. At no time shall it be entered. Though, this space will not be occupied nor shared, it is still off limits. In home notes: There is a game-room allotted space upstairs that also have a futon that pulls out into the size of a full bed (it is not a bed with mattress). Guest may sleep on it for extra bedding space. In home notes: There is an office space and desk upstairs directly at the top of the stairs to the side of the game-room that guest may also utilize if they "working from home". It is NOT an isolated space, so if you are in need of complete silence, then I suggest not using the same time as someone is in the game room. Outdoors: All guest are able to utilize the fenced in backyard. Parking notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. Park in driveway. DO NOT PARK IN GRASS. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO OPEN OR PARK INSIDE GARAGE as you should not be entering the garage at any time during your stay. Guest are able to park on the street along the curbsides.
