An old Victorian semi detached, roomy, practical and clean. It's 5 minutes stroll to trendy Kelham, one with Guardian's top 10 place all of the bars, restaurants. There are 2 kid friendly museums. Transport is easy, close to Uni of, and the hospitals, the tram will take you from the train station to Hilsborough or Meadowhall/ the Arena. The house is better for over-night stays, for those who want to get out about, the kitchen and lounge/diner are cosy & a park gives outdoor space, nr Tesco. Guest access You are renting the attic bedroom &/or another late room and have access to the bathroom, the lounge/kitchen. I live here so will often be at hand or will be on the end of the phone if not. During your stay I'm happy to answer questions and live on the premises. Other things to note Parking over night is easy, parking during the day can be a problem in the week due to commuters.
