Hi there! We invite you to stay in our beautiful Lake Forest Park home. This large guestroom has 1 queen bed, an attached private half bath, tall closets, a large bright window, high ceilings, and desk. There is a large shared Great Room with kitchenette, garden backyard, and shower. The house is surrounded by greenery and is conveniently located 15 min from Univ. of Washington and 20 min from the Space Needle. Shopping, restaurants, and grocery within 3 mins. You are invited to stay in a lovely, large guest room, featuring a plush queen bed, tall wardrobes, and a functional desk. The large windows looking into the lush greenery and high ceilings accentuate the room's openness. The attached private half bath ensures your convenience with a sink and toilet. The Great Room is an airy, spacious area with ample seating, a communal table, a TV, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette, complete with a microwave, refrigerator, tabletop electric stove, water kettle, coffee maker, and sink (no oven), provides the essentials for your culinary needs. There is also a laundry room accessible through the Great Room. Navigate seamlessly through your stay with a separate guest entrance, granting you privacy and autonomy during your time with us. And when it's time to unwind, step into our expansive terraced garden — a haven of tranquility for you to enjoy and rejuvenate. Previous and current guests include travel nurses, professionals (Microsoft, Amazon, Tesla, Boeing, SpaceX, etc), students, and interns. Important things to note: -This is a very, very large house with multiple rooms rented out and you may come across other friendly mid/long term guests. There is plenty of space to ensure everyone’s comfort, privacy, and safety. -My wife and I also live here and we are available if there are any questions or concerns. -We only allow one guest per room. For long term stays, guests may occasionally have guests of their own, please message for additional details. -Common areas are professionally cleaned at least once a week. Guest access Guests will be able to enjoy the dedicated guest entrance, Great Room, 2nd floor living area, kitchenettes, shared showers, the beautiful backyard garden, and laundry room During your stay The house is well divided between the guest area and our area. My wife and I also live in the house, and will be available whenever needed. Other things to note This house is meant to serve as a relaxing, comfortable accommodation for those staying mid/long term in Seattle. This is a very, very large house. Other rooms are rented out to long term guests, but there is more than enough space to accommodate everyone with plenty of privacy and cleanliness. Previous and current guests include travel nurses, young professionals (Microsoft, Tesla, Boeing, SpaceX, etc), students, and interns. And since there are multiple guests and residents, we do ask that guests respect the quiet hours between 11:00PM and 7:00AM. My wife and I also live here, in a separate wing of the building, so if there is anything you need, I can certainly help you out. We are also here to make sure the house is clean, comfortable, and accommodating so that you can enjoy your relaxing stay here.
