A private space of 30m2 within 170 m2 modern cottage enclosed by 1 acre orchard. A half-turn staircase divides villa in 3 levels. Entrance of the house is on the ground floor and you share it only with the host. Internal staircase leads to top floor with a bright, air conditioned bedroom, w/c with shower for exclusive quest's use, balcony and private terrace with mountain and sea view. Private dinning area and outdoor lounge in your terrace. Kitchen is in the ground floor and you share it with host. Feel free to also use the living room and the big front yard with dinning table and a swing. There is also a fenced dog playground. For your fido there is a dog house, mattress, bowls, towels, toys and amenities to make him/her feel at home... Vet office and pet shop are walking distance. Dog hotel and grooming services in a short distance. In 10' walk you can reach the beach and railway station to Athens, Corinth, Piraeus, Airport. Easy to reach places: Ancient Corinth and canal, Nafpliο, Mycenae, Epidaurus theatre and many other places of interest. I live in the house with my friendly dog. I spent most of the day in my studio at the basement of the cottage and I value guest privacy. Guests are welcome to interact as much or as little they want. Guest access There is a private bedroom, wc with shower and terrace for quests. They can also use the kitchen downstairs, the front yard, and a fenced playground for dogs. There are lots of stairs in the house so it is not proper if you have mobility issues. During your stay It's my pleasure to share my space with you! I spend most of my day in the garden or my studio at the basement of the cottage. I really value privacy and tranquillity but I will be happy to share travelling tips with you. You might see some harmless bugs in the garden sometimes trying to find shelter in house. Please keep doors and window screens closed all the time and do not leave out open food and beverages.
