Enjoy your stay at our spacious Redwood Pines cabin. Our cabin is located in the beautiful private gated community in Pine Mountain Lake (PML), approximately 25 miles from the entrance to the Yosemite entrance. Our deck is surrounded by pine trees, a great place to spend time with family and friends. PML offers an 18-hole golf course, a private beach/ lake, dining at PML Country Club, tennis and pickleball courts, a swimming pool, playgrounds, horseback riding, fishing, lake rentals, and more. The space We are excited to host your stay at our Redwood Pines cabin! Our cabin is 1636 Sq Ft. We have a flight of stairs to get to the main deck/front door. The three bedrooms include: Room #1 - The primary bedroom/ has a comfortable king size bed, 55-inch TV, ceiling fan, and a seating area to read. The bathroom has a vanity and shower. The large sliding glass door leads to the back patio. Room #2 - This room has a queen bed, a walk-in closet, and a sliding glass door that leads to the back patio. Room #3 - This room has two full beds, a large closet, a ceiling fan, and a small private deck. The second bathroom is located between room #1 and room #2, with a bathtub/shower. Large Great room- We have a 65 -inch TV , game table/workspace, fireplace, and ceiling fan. The Large comfortable couch is adjacent to two chairs that overlook the front of the house. We have a 3 light floor lamp behind the couch for extra lighting. We offer Wifi and YouTube. Kitchen- Our kitchen has three bar stools next to the granite countertop and a beautiful table to gather around for family meals. Coffee station for the morning. We have a mixer, blender, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and gas stove. We have a closet near the front entrance, you will find coloring books, a first aid kit, and games for the family. We offer a propane BBQ and Internet. Guests have access to the Pine Mountain Lake amenities including the use of the pool during the afternoon which is seasonal,horseshoe pit, playground access, tennis courts(pass needed at the main gate), hiking trails, golf course, and country club dining. We are located approximately 24-26 miles from Carlon Falls Trails, Yosemite National Park entrance, and Rush Creek Lodge. Pine Mountain Lake is a private gated community. All vehicles are charged a $50.00 entrance fee when you check in at the main security gate, this fee is good for 7 days and subject to change by the association, this is a Pine Mountain Lake Association charge. We require all adult names and ages of the kids, we will provide the names to the main security gate for your entrance to Pine Mountain Lake. The security gate will allow one car at a time when the security gate opens, do not follow behind cars when entering, you will be responsible for any fees if you hit the gate. Only the guests listed on the reservation are authorized to occupy the property. Eight guests are a maximum per booking. Unfortunately, no additional day/night guests or visitors. Guest will be charged for any unauthorized person on the property at a minimum of $100.00 per occurrence/ night. We (the host) can cancel the reservation and remove guests not following rules or CC&Rs at any time. If guests are asked to leave for not following the rules, deposits may be kept and the stay deemed nonrefundable. Guests are subject to Pine Mountain Lake CC&R. Reminder: -Check-in is at 4 pm -Check-out instructions below need to be followed, or you may be subject to paying the housekeeper extra fees. -Check-out is at 10 am due to housekeeping arrival. Due to the high demand for homes in Pine Mountain Lake, housekeeping will charge an additional fee of $25.00 every 15 minutes if guests do not check out on time. -Please load the dishwasher before checking out -Housekeeping does not wash dishes and will charge an extra $25 fee if dishes are left in the sink or food is left in the refrigerator. -Please place all dirty towels in the laundry basket or in the bathrooms before checking out. -Please place all garbage and leftover food in the outside garbage can before checking out. -Please pick up garbage from the floor. -Please do not move furniture around. -Please turn the air conditioner/heater off before checking out. - Turn off all the lights. - Please message us when you check out.
