In one of the two attics of my farm, LARGE ATYPICAL ACCOMMODATION fitted out (75 m2) in a farmhouse near Arras and Lens (10 kms), Lille at 40 kms Private and secure parking in the courtyard, full equipped kitchen, private terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, reliable and fast Wi-Fi, large bathroom Proximity to the 3 motorways A1, A21 & A26, a TGV station, (Paris 50 minutes), remembrance circuits of the Great War. Fabulous Opal Coast less than 1 hour 15 minutes away, Key box for access. The space Accommodation for up to 4 guests (in their privacy) comprising: 1 main living room with a single bed, a sofa and a dining area; landing with fully equipped kitchen, 2 attic bedrooms (1 double bed 140 X 190 in one, 2 single beds in the other, all made on arrival), bathroom with large shower AND bathtub with linen also provided. Separate toilet with sanibroyeur. This accommodation is NON-SMOKING since it communicates with the second attic (with hay) that I still use. Guest access I live on the ground floor of my farm, and you will have on your side just above the entire attic of 75 m2 (Living room, the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and a complete kitchen EXCEPT the communicating hay attic that I always use for my animals. Access to the enclosed courtyard and private terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) Check-in times are from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Beyond that, please call me before that I can open the gate of the courtyard which is closed at night. Other things to note Parking (secure) in the courtyard. Mini market at 4 kms, and all supermarkets at less than 10. Public transport to Arras every hour. Pets welcome as long as they don't eat my barnyard (if you want fresh eggs) and are not destructive or ferocious. Thank you for putting up with the moderate but classic countryside "noises" generated by a barnyard, two donkeys and a draft horse (all very nice). You can also help me, in season and if you feel like it, to bring in my hay. Following a few setbacks, a security deposit of 400 € in cash or check (returned on your departure after check-out) will be requested upon arrival.
