"Le Paradis" fully equipped, sleeps 4, 2 bedrooms

On the upper floor of my farmhouse, in one of the two attics, LARGE ATYPICAL APARTMENT (75 m2) close to Arras and Lens (10 km), Lille 40 km away. Private and secure parking in the courtyard, fully equipped kitchen, private terrace with barbecue and garden furniture, reliable and fast Wi-Fi, large bathroom. Close to the A1, A21 & A26 motorways, a TGV train station (Paris 50 min), and the World War I memorial sites. The fabulous Opal Coast is less than 1h15 away, the beautiful Arras at 10 mn The space Spacious accommodation for 4 travelers (with privacy) including: 1 main living area with a single bed, a sofa, and a dining area; landing with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 attic bedrooms (1 double bed 140 x 190 in one, 2 single beds in the other, all made up upon arrival), Bathroom with large shower AND bathtub with linens also provided. Separate toilet with macerator. This accommodation is NON-SMOKING as it is connected to the second attic (with hay) which I still use. Guest access I live on the ground floor of my farm, and you will have on your side just above the entire attic of 75 m2 (Living room, the 2 bedrooms, the bathroom and a complete kitchen EXCEPT the communicating hay attic that I always use for my animals. Access to the enclosed courtyard and private terrace (garden furniture and barbecue) Check-in times are from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Beyond that, please call me before that I can open the gate of the courtyard which is closed at night. Other things to note If a weekend (or more), with or without your children, staying in the old, well-converted hayloft of a farmhouse appeals to you, in peace and in the heart of the countryside, then PARADISE is made for you! A 2-star tourist accommodation very close to a beautiful, lively town, on the remembrance trails of the Great War, but also near other must-see places. Parking (secured) in the courtyard. Convenience store 4 km away, supermarkets and laundromat within 10 km. Public transport to Arras every hour. Pets are welcome, provided they don’t eat my poultry (if you want fresh eggs) and are not destructive or aggressive. Please tolerate the moderate but typical countryside 'noises' caused by a poultry yard, two donkeys, a draft horse, and a trotter (all very gentle). You can also help me, in season if you want.I will teach your little ones to drive my tractor if they wish and to pick their dessert from the cherry tree, the raspberries, or the blackberries... Following a few mishaps, a security deposit of €400 in cash or check (returned to you upon departure after check-out) will be requested upon your arrival. You can use my personal washing machine for your laundry (just ask me). Please be mindful of reasonable energy consumption, as you do in your own homes, and also ensure that the windows are closed when you are away.
