Wake up and literally check the surf from in bed. You won’t find a place closer or with better views than this one. It’s pretty special and full of character. The house is very comfortable with a Daikin Heat pump unit and oil heaters and fans in each bedroom. Off-street parking. The space Built in 1939, Ranui - ‘Lots of sunshine’ The beachfront house has 3 bedrooms, with a queen bed in each of the 2 inside bedrooms. The 3rd bedroom is a seperate sleepout off the courtyard with a double bed. There is unlimited wifi, a full kitchen with everything you would expect to find at home, a bathroom with washing machine and open plan living and 8 seater dining. Smart TV, Daikin Heat-Pump/air conditioning unit which does the house nicely over the colder months. The only sounds you will enjoy is that of the ocean, with the house being set well off Wairere Road - a quiet low speed, low traffic street in Wainui Beach, (not the busy State/Pacific Coast Highway). Follow the sun all day long, outdoors there is a Kwila beachside deck, and an additional concrete patio area that overlooks the large lawn and hills. The views are nothing short of incredible with no separation between you and the beach, this is a true Beach house experience on one of NZ’s best beaches. Wainui Surf life saving club is 300m away. With the CBD an 8 minute drive. Guest access You can access all parts of the property with the exception of the old garage down towards the road. Other things to note The house has its own track down to beach which is a little steep, so take care. If you are not very mobile I’d recommend using the public accesses further along road. Summer months only: Tank water, so short showers and general conservative use of the water please. Fire place doesn’t work. Use the Daikin Heat-pump which does living areas and bedroom nicely and oil heaters and table fans for each one of the bedrooms. There is a security camera that faces the road/driveway. It doesn’t capture any of the house or outdoor entertainment spaces. It’s fixed, so hard to remove each time there are guests, purely there for security. I will turn it off at your request.
